Performing over 5000+ shows in his career, Bachman has lived his entire adult life in the music industry. Utilizing the network he has built, Bachman co-founded DBDM to help bands/artists that inspire him, achieve their own goals and aspirations.

Ryan began managing businesses at the age of 17, while earning his college degree from Penn State in Business Management and Marketing.  His career quickly launched him to a management position at the nation's largest retailer. Ryan was responsible for hundreds of employees as well as a $60M per year store.  He quickly realized his skills would be best suited owning and operating his own businesses, which he has done for the last 12 years. Ryan's love for music has led him to co-founding DBDM with Bachman, along with other projects exclusively built around his passion for music, travel, and business management.

Barnaby began his career as a musician in various projects. Whilst on the road he would create logos and artwork for fellow bands as a side hustle. Eventually he ended up enjoying the design work more than the music and moved full time into creating visuals in 2015.

Since then he has worked with a multitude of musicians both big and small and continues to manage his business Crossfade Productions with a small team.
